Gratitude Project - Landscape

Although I haven’t been sharing my gratitude project as much lately –  I have still been working on it. I started this project to remind myself to take time each day to document the little moments in life. To reaffirm all that I am grateful for. I was driving home the other day, my radio blaring, the skies blue and the grass green – it made me feel exceedingly happy. So when I got home – I scuttled inside, grabbed my camera and headed outside to capture some of the lovelies that had captured my eye.

The first thing that almost always draws me in is the sky. And this was no different than any other day. We had some awesome rain clouds mixing dark blue gray and white. As I moved around to get a better shot of the sky – I noticed the awesome purple clover buds along the sides of the road. The cattails, the dandelions, the bumble bees. All of these things came together, vibrant, growing, alive. Taking the time to breathe – step outside and enjoy these little things – this is what I love. This is what makes me feel alive and real and very small in God’s infinite plan and design!

Here’s a peek at some of my latest gratitude images.
